1. Service scope
SignalShield is a monitoring, alerting, and guardrail software platform. It is not a broker, investment adviser, financial planner, tax adviser, legal adviser, or fiduciary.
2. No financial advice
SignalShield does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions, order placement, position sizing, strategy selection, and risk management remain solely your responsibility.
3. No performance guarantee
SignalShield does not guarantee profitability, loss prevention, alert delivery, platform uptime, execution timing, data accuracy, or the suitability of any strategy or signal.
4. Platform risk
You acknowledge that alerts, webhook routing, SMS, email, Discord delivery, third-party integrations, market data, and software services may be delayed, interrupted, degraded, or unavailable.
5. Subscription and cancellation
Access to paid features depends on an active subscription. SignalShield may disable paid systems or features when a subscription is canceled, past due, unpaid, incomplete, expired, or otherwise inactive.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SignalShield is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, missed alerts, delayed notifications, automation failures, integration failures, opportunity costs, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
